Join us for a fun learning and performing some chocolate and sweet themed songs!
Tuesday 6th April
4-8yr olds @ 9.30-10.15am FEE: £4
9yrs+ @ 10.30am-11.30am FEE: £5
Workshop Info:
During these workshops we will singing lots of chocolate and sweet themed songs. Older students will work on songs such as; Watermelon Sugar, The Candyman, Sweets for my sweet.
Dressing up is welcome!!!
Your child will join a really fun class learning how to sing safely with good vocal production, breathing, diction, expression and performance skills. The students will learn about their voices and and older classes learn harmony parts. Every session will include a physical and vocal warm up. There will be opportunities for solo singing if the student feels comfortable.
About the teacher…
This course will be run by Nicola Gawthrop. Nicola is a contemporary vocalist, pianist, teacher and vocal animateur with over 20 years experience teaching voice and working as a professional singer. She has a passion for harmony singing and for making music/singing fun and accessible to all. Nicola has run Vocal Works for the past 4 years and continues to record and perform professionally.
